Chris Matthews Hits Joe Wilson: He Offered Obama "A High-Schooler's Definition Of An Apology" (VIDEO)

Chris Matthews is less than impressed with GOP Congressman Joe Wilson's apology to President Obama for his outburst during Obama's speech to Congress. During an interview with Congressman Trent Franks (R-Az.), in which Franks defended Wilson and called the House resolution condemning Wilson a "partisan stunt," Matthews went off on Wilson for offering a "high-schooler's definition of an apology":

Chris Matthews:

[Wilson] called up Rahm Emnauel, the President's staffer, and said I was told by the Republican leader to make this call. And then the next day he told the press 'I was told to make the call.' Excuse me, you call that, that's a high-schooler's definition of an apology. My father told me to say I was sorry.
